Video Editor for American Family Association of Kentucky

I have edited many videos on behalf of the American Family Association of Kentucky and Kentuckians for Freedom. This also entailed some regular videotaping procedures as well.

As a part of the editing job, at times I downloaded video clips from YouTube for use in the program. Regular programs were 28 minutes and 30 seconds long and called "The Rest of the News." Generally speaking, the editing consisted of editing from two different video sources, perhaps plus a third Skype source. Other editing projects were typically for videos in excess of an hour in length. These videos involved remote videotaping in places such as hotel convention centers and the Kentucky State Capitol building in Frankfort, Kentucky. The longer videos were typically made into DVDs. I also used a DVD duplicator to make copies of the DVDs when I received orders to do so. For the labels, I also made use of a DVD label printer.

The video editing software that I chiefly used was Adobe Premiere Pro. For the correction of audio, I used Adobe Soundbooth, which could be integrated with the video editing software. For the conversion of video files, I used various programs, including MPEG Streamclip, Aiseesoft Video Converter, and Windows Movie Maker. For the video menu titles, I used Nero Start Smart.
